declutter coach 3Start your day without stress by planning what you intend to wear each day. You might make a list on the weekend and assemble the components the night before, or do it all the night before. Hang everything together. Whichever way you prefer, this prevents morning stress because you’ll know without thinking what to wear.

During season changes, you might need to have alternate outfits depending on the temperature but this will only last for a couple of weeks. Then once you’re sure of the weather, return to your normal schedule.
